Administrator
Margo Marasa, BSN, MPH
Margo has nearly 10 years of rehabilitation and long-term care experience. She started her career at Alden Northmoor in Chicago as a Social Service Director and was promoted to Assistant Administrator. She is currently the Assistant Vice President of Operations for Alden. Margo has a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign as well as a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Resurrection University in Oak Park and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She is a licensed nursing home administrator.
Admission Director
Theodora Foutris
Thea Foutris became the Admission Director at Alden Des Plaines in November 2008. She previously served as Office Manager before assuming her current position. Thea says she enjoys helping new and potential residents feel at home at Alden Des Plaines.
